Watch It Happen From the Mezzanine
HDC is Eugene’s “watch it happen” distillery experience — custom Italian stills, a mezzanine view of the whole production floor, and a guided tour that actually explains what’s in your glass. HDC recently acquired the former Thinking Tree Spirits space, consolidating Eugene’s Whiteaker district distilling scene under one roof, with a second tasting room location at the 5th Street Public Market.
HDC works with roughly 25 veteran and military nonprofits, so a stop here supports more than just the local economy.
